By placing a rental order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment or approval by the rental provider. The provider reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking if necessary.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the selected pickup or delivery time and ends at the scheduled return time. Any extension must be requested and approved in advance.
4. Payment
Rental fees, deposits, taxes, and any additional charges must be paid according to the selected payment method. Unpaid balances may result in booking cancellation.
5. Security Deposit
Some rental items may require a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned after the item is inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The renter agrees to:
- Use the rented item responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
- Keep the item secure and protected from theft or damage.

- Return the item with all supplied accessories.
7. Damage or Loss
The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if applicable.
8. Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional rental charges based on the provider’s pricing policy. Failure to return the item may result in further legal or financial action.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the provider’s cancellation policy. Processing fees or non-refundable charges may apply.
10. Item Availability
All bookings are subject to availability. If the requested item becomes unavailable, the provider may offer an alternative or issue a refund.
11. Inspection
Customers should inspect the rented item before accepting it. Any existing damage or issues should be reported immediately.
12. Maintenance
Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the rental provider unless otherwise specified. Customers must not modify, repair, or alter the rented item without permission.
13. Prohibited Use
The rented item must not be:
- Used for illegal activities.
- Sub-rented or transferred to another person without authorization.
- Used in a negligent or unsafe manner.
14. Liability
The rental provider is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the rented item.
